Brother McDonald was obligated by Brother Stahr, JW, who also gave the lecture and Worshipful Brother Detzer, PM, Chaplin, delivered the charge.  A great, and nearly flawless Middle-Chamber lecture was given by Worshipful David Haslim, PM, District Inspector.
