On October 23rd, 2021, Brother Robert Scheeler, was selected to be the Marshal for the Supreme Grand Master.
He put down his earthly working tools and the baton he loved so much and went to the true Grand Lodge.

Brother Bob was born in Casper Wyoming on December 17, 1955.  He was raised a Master Mason on November 24th, 2003 in Pearl Harbor Lodge in Honolulu, Hawaii.  He affiliated with Samuel Warren Hackett Lodge on November 1st, 2005 and became Hackett's Marshal in 2011.  Brother Scheeler had been the Marshal of SW Hackett Lodge for over ten years and loved the position.  When asked if he would like to continue through the line to become the Master, he always responded that as long as he can remain Marshal that is what he chooses to do.  Aside from being our Marshal, he was, in 2012, appointed as committee Chairman of the Finance and Budget committee.  In that capacity he brought Mr. Marty Estrada, a money manager, to assist Hackett with its lodge investments.  That choice was a great one as Mr. Estrada did a wonderful job as he not only stopped the continual losses of the other manager, but was successful in growing our small but important lodge account.  Brother Bob was very strong with his ritual and, when called upon, never refused to help in any way he could.

Because of his dedication and continual work in and for the lodge and its Brothers, the Hiram Award committee selected Brother Scheeler as deserving of this prestigious honor in 2018.

Brother Bob, you are loved and will be sorely missed.

As we Masons always say, sincerely with love.

Soft and safe to thee our Brother be thy resting place
bright and glorious be thy rising from it.
